Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN to deliver high-quality nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. The LPN will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vitals, support therapy plans, and educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals. Working closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians, you will help coordinate individualized care plans in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment.
