Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN to deliver high‑quality nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vitals, support rehab therapies, educate patients and families, and document progress. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs and therapists to ensure safe, patient‑centered recovery, while contributing to a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding work environment with opportunities for professional growth in rehabilitative care.
