Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate LPN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Working within our Healthcare & Medical Services team, you’ll provide direct bedside care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, assist with rehabilitation treatments, and support interdisciplinary care plans. You’ll educate patients and families, document accurately in the medical record, and collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians.
