Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide compassionate, hands-on patient care across our Connecticut network under the direction of RNs and physicians. Responsibilities include medication administration, monitoring and documenting patient status, assisting with procedures, and supporting care plans.
