Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in Connecticut. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, perform treatments, monitor vital signs, and support care plans under the supervision of RNs and physicians. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document accurately in the EMR, educate patients and families, and uphold safety and quality standards.
