Job description
Springbrook Center – ME is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Skowhegan, ME. The LPN will deliver hands-on clinical care, including medication administration, treatments, and wound care, while closely monitoring residents’ conditions and documenting in the EHR. You will collaborate with RNs, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans, rehab goals, and quality outcomes.
