Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this onsite role, you will deliver direct patient care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support care plans under RN and provider direction. You will document in the EMR, promote safety and infection control, and educate patients and families.
