Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
Location: New Mexico
Position: Full-Time
Salary:
$115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
This Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) position is designed for clinicians who want a stable schedule and a clear clinical scope. You will deliver virtual counseling services, support client progress through structured treatment plans, and manage a consistent caseload without in-person office demands.
Responsibilities
Provide individual counseling sessions via telehealth
Develop, review, and update treatment plans
Document sessions in accordance with clinical standards
Maintain ethical and legal compliance
Participate in quality assurance and clinical reviews
Active LPCC license in New Mexico
Master’s degree in Counseling or a related discipline
Prior clinical counseling experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
