Licensed Professional Counselor
Location: Austin, Texas
Employment Type: Full Time / Contract
The Licensed Professional Counselor supports our students by delivering high-quality educational or related services, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, participating in ARD/IEP processes, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide individual and group counseling.
Conduct behavioral assessments.
Develop intervention plans.
Participate in ARD/504 meetings.
Consult with staff and families.
Support crisis response.
Maintain confidential documentation.
Promote student well-being.
Ensure compliance.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Certifications
Master's degree and active Texas LPC license.
Preferred Qualifications
School counseling experience.
Trauma-informed care.
Crisis intervention training.
