Job description
ROWI Elk Grove is seeking a Licensed Program Director for our Elk Grove Kids program. The role leads clinical staff, ensures compliance, and manages program operations in alignment with ROWI standards.
You will supervise therapists, coordinate with leadership, participate in interviews, handle crisis, and ensure timely documentation and budget adherence. A Master’s degree and an active license (MFT/psychologist/social worker) are required, with at least two years in treatment settings.
