Job description
Supportive Care seeks a Licensed Provider for a nursing home in Tiptonville, TN, two days per week. You will deliver psychosocial evaluations and psychotherapy to residents, with a focus on individualized care plans and compassionate support.
Flexible scheduling between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with options for part-time or full-time depending on location. Competitive daily rates plus benefits are offered.
