About the Role:
We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist (Psyd), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in Ossining, NY. As a clinician with CHE Behavioral, you will have the opportunity to provide quality clinical services to improve the quality of life for our older adult patients. Our clinicians work in a compassionate and cost-effective manner to deliver evidence-based treatments to individuals and groups.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group therapy services to patients in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient treatment and progress
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
Must be licensed as a Psychologist (Psyd, Phd), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York
Must have a strong clinical background and experience working with older adult patients
Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
