Job description
LaSante Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center in East Flatbush, Brooklyn, is hiring a Psychotherapist with a full NYS CASAC to join our behavioral health team. You will provide individual and group therapy to our community, with a focus on patients with co-occurring mental health and substance use needs.

Responsibilities:
- Carry an individual therapy caseload, including patients with substance use disorders
- Facilitate substance use and co-occurring disorder groups as needed
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in eClinicalWorks
- Coordinate care with medical, psychiatry, dental, and case management teams
- Maintain a productive schedule consistent with FQHC access standards
Required:
- Full NYS CASAC credential (CASAC-T not eligible at this time)
- NYS clinical license: LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT (limited-permit candidates may be considered)
- Master's degree or higher in social work, mental health counseling, or a related field
- Experience treating substance use disorders in a community or outpatient xxzpjkt setting
- Able to work on-site in Brooklyn on a hybrid schedule
Preferred:
- Bilingual in Haitian Creole, French, or Spanish
- Experience with co-occurring disorders, trauma-informed care, or group facilitation
- FQHC or community mental health background
- Interest in providing clinical supervision as our SUD program grows
