Job description
EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring therapists to provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy for older adults within our EmpowerMe 360 integrated care model. You’ll assess and plan personalized care, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and support residents in achieving greater independence and safety.
