Job description
Work It PT in Monroe, New York, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide exceptional rehabilitative care at our skilled nursing facility. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapies to improve mobility and independence.
As part of an onsite, interdisciplinary team, you will document progress, adjust plans as needed, educate patients and families, and ensure safety and quality in care.
