Job Position: Licensed Real Estate Agent - New Home Sales Assistant
Location: Henderson, NV 89011
Pay Rate: $13.00 - $14.00/hr

What You'll Be Doing
• Support onsite sales teams with daily operations
• Welcome prospective buyers visiting the community
• Build rapport and identify customer housing needs
• Gather visitor information and maintain follow-up records
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the homebuying experience
• Assist with model home and sales office operations
• Maintain a polished and professional customer experience
What It Takes to Succeed
• Active Nevada Real Estate License
• Willingness to transfer license to the JWilliams Staffing brokerage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and customer-focused mindset
• Reliable transportation
• Team-oriented attitude
• Desire to grow within the real estate and homebuilding industry
Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout sales offices and model homes
• Ability to tour communities and assist prospective buyers onsite
• Ability to use computers and office equipment for extended periods
• Ability to ascend and descend stairs as needed
