Compensation:
$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Active Maryland Real Estate License required
Full-time availability with a strong commitment to career growth
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
Tech-savvy with CRM and real estate technology experience preferred
Highly organized, coachable, and accountable
Positive, solutions-focused mindset with a strong work ethic
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Meet with motivated home sellers and guide them through the listing process
Develop pricing, marketing, and positioning strategies to help homes stand out and sell
Build lasting client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
Manage your pipeline using our CRM and proven follow-up systems
Deliver an exceptional seller experience from listing through closing
Host open houses and engage team-generated buyer leads
Participate in weekly sales training, coaching, and team meetings
