About the Role:
As a Licensed Registered Nurse or LPN, you will be responsible for:
Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
Developing and implementing individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
Participating in quality improvement initiatives, aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and satisfaction
Collaborating with the care team to identify and address any patient concerns or issues
Requirements:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Massachusetts
Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and nights
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment
