Job description
Encompass Health seeks a Licensed Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based inpatient rehabilitation care to adults recovering from stroke, brain or spinal cord injury, orthopedic events, and complex medical conditions. You will assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor progress, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists and physicians. RNs educate patients and families, support safe transitions of care, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and uphold quality, safety, and regulatory standards in our mission-driven, patient-centered environment.
