Electrical Specialists is hiring a licensed residential electrician in Topeka, and we'll lead with what you get: your production drives your paycheck, your evenings and weekends stay yours, and you'll never have to fight for the truck, tools, or support to do the work right. What You'll Get
$25 to $65/hr and up (base plus performance-based pay, so your production drives your income)

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing
Completing residential electrical safety inspections and reports
Diagnosing electrical issues and recommending clear solutions
Walking homeowners through customized options in plain
Installing and servicing residential electrical systems
Using our software to price jobs and collect payments
Staying in sync with the office so the workflow stays on track
Keeping your work truck clean and organized
Who We're Looking For
You're driven. You want to be challenged, not coast. You take pride in the work and you want a place where doing more actually means earning more.
Beyond that:
Licensed residential electrician, or actively working toward your license
Minimum 2 years of electrical experience (4 to 5 )
Valid driver's license and clean MVR
Comfortable using mobile devices and apps on the job
High school diploma or equivalent
Able to pass a background check and drug test (drug test occurs after 90 days)
Living within 30 minutes of Topeka, or willing to relocate within one year
