Job description
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed professional to provide intermittent skilled care in the home. You will educate patients and families, work with the health care team, and follow the physician’s orders and the established plan of care.
Candidates must be graduates of an approved clinical education program, hold state licensure, and have at least one year of proven experience. CPR certification is required and reliable transportation is essential.
