Travel Licensed Social Worker
Travel licensed social worker jobs in Carmichael, CA give you the opportunity to support patients in an acute care setting by providing psychosocial assessments, discharge planning, crisis intervention, and care coordination. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams, communicate effectively with patients and families, and document all interventions. Required qualifications include an active California LSW or LCSW license, BLS certification, California 5150 Certification, and at least one to two years of recent acute care social work experience; experience with Cerner EMR is preferred.
