Job description

Job Description Job Description At Aliado Community Health, we are building a different kind of work environment for clinicians-one that values support, work-life balance, innovation, and long-term growth. We provide high-quality, community-based mental health services for children and families.

Our approach combines dedicated clinical supervision with modern, technology-supported workflows designed to streamline administrative tasks so you can spend less time overwhelmed by paperwork and more time delivering meaningful care. We believe better support for clinicians leads to better outcomes for families.

What We Offer:

Financial Stability & Flexibility: Competitive compensation based on experience, with choices between Full-Time (W-2) stability or Part-Time schedule flexibility.

Clinical Supervision: Free clinical supervision toward full licensure for Full-Time clinicians (and qualifying Part-Time clinicians who maintain a minimum weekly service-hour commitment).

Work-Life Balance: Dedicated self-care time built into the Full-Time workweek, plus technology-backed systems to eliminate after-hours documentation.

Comprehensive Benefits (Eligible Full-Time Employees):

Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance

Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays

401(k) Retirement Options

Professional Growth: Continuing Education Unit (CEU) assistance, license renewal support, and long-term career advancement pathways within a collaborative team.

What We Are Looking For:

Licensure: Active NJ license as an LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, LAMFT, or LMFT .

Core Competencies: Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to practice independently in community settings.

Passion & Fit: A genuine commitment to providing empathetic, quality care to children and families.

Logistics: Reliable personal transportation for field work.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) are strongly encouraged.

Prior experience in community-based or behavioral health services is a plus.

Why Join Us?

Whether you are seeking the stability and benefits of a full-time role or the flexibility of part-time work while accruing clinical hours, Aliado provides the supportive, modern culture you need to thrive both professionally and personally.

Aliado Community Health: Partnering with Families to Build Resilience and Hope.
