Required Qualifications
Licensed Social Worker, Outpatient Experience: 3 years LSW-CO References: 1 Reference in entire work history
Preferred Qualifications
3+ YRS EXP
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a directly related field. Active state licensure as LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).
