SLP - Join a Prava-Powered Practice | Senior Living

You’ll join a Prava-powered practice led by an experienced clinician who is deeply embedded in the community, passionate about senior living, and especially strong in memory care.

Work alongside a Practice Owner who is actively embedded in the community and involved in resident care
Receive ongoing clinical mentorship and support
Collaborate with a clinician who brings particular expertise in memory care and dementia
Develop your clinical reasoning in a setting where therapy is connected to the resident's everyday life
Build relationships with residents, families, caregivers, and community leadership
Practice with greater autonomy while knowing you have experienced clinical support when you need it
Be part of a team that values thoughtful clinical decision-making over a \"treat and move on\" approach
Use Prava's technology to reduce administrative burden and give you more time for residents
We believe great SLP care goes beyond the treatment session.
In senior living, communication and swallowing don't exist in a vacuum.

You’ll have the opportunity to understand the resident beyond the diagnosis, collaborate with the people who know them best, and bring your clinical expertise into the places where it can make the greatest difference.

Someone who will talk through a challenging resident.
Someone who will push their clinical reasoning.

You won't be expected to figure everything out alone.
What we're looking for
We're looking for an SLP who is:
Curious and clinically thoughtful
Passionate about working with older adults
Interested in dementia and memory care
Comfortable collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
Motivated to continue growing clinically
Someone who values relationships as much as clinical skill
Excited by the opportunity to help build something rather than simply step into something already established
