Work collaboratively with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and family members to formulate comprehensive care plans.

Provide patient and family education to enhance therapeutic progress outside of clinical settings.

Occasionally participate in inpatient speech evaluations and therapy, ensuring seamless transitions in care.

Document treatment efficiently and accurately, adhering to all regulatory standards.

Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed about advances within the field.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification needs to be obtained within 30 days of starting employment.

Required Skills

Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic practices suitable for all ages, combined with in-depth knowledge of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing issues.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective interactions with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Capacity to tailor therapeutic approaches to embrace diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Outstanding clinical judgment and adaptive problem-solving capabilities.

Proficient with electronic medical records and documentation protocols.

Why Join Us?

Competitive salary that reflects your experience.

Flexible work schedules designed for life balance and dynamic caseloads.

Opportunities to specialize in areas such as pediatrics, adult neuro rehabilitation, or geriatric services.

Generous paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay.

Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options.

Continued education reimbursement and career development encouragement.

Supportive team dynamics aimed at prioritizing quality care and ongoing education.

A Journey of Restoration – In Community and Care

In this position, your role surpasses mere speech therapy; you will partake in a community-focused mission aimed at revitalizing voices, enriching communication, and cultivating moments of joy through the essential human interactions of recognizing and understanding one another.

Surrounded by colleagues who treat each other as family, you will work in a collaborative environment that values teamwork over rivalry. Each patient presents a unique narrative — and we trust that you will help shape how their stories unfold.
