Job description
Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Lexington, MA.
Sign‑On Bonus
We are offering a $5,000 sign‑on bonus for a limited time.

Qualifications
All eligible candidates must have one of the following independent licenses in Massachusetts:
LICSW or LMFT or LMHC
Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)
Clinicians must be licensed and living in the state where they will practice.
Compensation
Up to $137,200 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.
What We Need
Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week

Behavioral health generalists open to seeing couples and/or children (support is provided)
Candidates interested in growing into leadership or supervisory roles
Self‑guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours
Strong character – integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care
