What You Bring
Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
Active license (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, or equivalent)
Experience providing therapy in outpatient or similar settings preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality
Reliable, organized, and compassionate approach to care
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual, couples, and/or group psychotherapy
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with colleagues to support holistic client care
Participate in supervision, team meetings, and trainings
