Job description
The Recovery Village is a nationwide behavioral health treatment network focused on evidence-based care for addiction and mental health conditions. Our teams work to support patients through treatment that is compassionate, clinically grounded, and centered on long-term recovery.
In this role, you will help deliver meaningful therapeutic support to adults in a residential treatment environment, contributing to care that is collaborative, patient-focused, and responsive to each individual's recovery journey. You will play an important part in helping patients build stability, develop coping strategies, and move forward with a clear plan for continued care.
Responsibilities
Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting.
Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation.
Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation with support from Heather AI.
Support discharge planning and continuity of care.
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
Active Missouri therapist license such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LSW, or MFTC.
Experience providing individual and group therapy.
Experience completing biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning.
Experience working with adult patients and supporting individuals with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders.
Eligibility to work in the United States.
Availability to work Sundays through Thursdays 8am-4:30pm and one weekday evening until 6:00pm.
Experience providing therapy in residential, PHP, or IOP treatment settings is preferred.
