We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our evening shift team. As an LVN at Avir at Corpus Christi, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Provide routine and emergency nursing care to patients, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and maintaining accurate records
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
Conduct patient assessments, identify care needs, and develop solutions in partnership with colleagues
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
Currently licensed as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the State of Texas
minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting (n/a)
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher in Nursing preferred
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
Work Environment:
Evening shift: 3pm - 11pm (rotating weekends and holidays may be required)
