Job description
Methodist Healthcare in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse for our Med Surg unit. In this role, you will provide direct bedside care, including assessments, vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and patient education under RN and physician supervision. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to implement care plans, monitor patient status, and document accurately in the EMR. The LVN supports a safe environment, follows infection control and hospital policies, and communicates compassionately with patients and families in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting.
