Job description
Methodist Healthcare in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse for our Med Surg unit. The LVN provides compassionate, patient-centered care to adult medical-surgical patients, supporting RNs and physicians with assessments, medication administration, and treatments. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, documenting in the EMR, assisting with admissions and discharges, and educating patients and families.
