Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSpanish-Speaking Female LVN Preferred – One-on-One Home Care
Sanitas Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for an adult female patient in Los Angeles (90057) .
This is a long-term case with a supportive family. The patient is authorized for up to 10 hours per day, 7 days per week . We offer flexible scheduling and welcome nurses available for full-time, part-time, weekdays, weekends, or a combination of shifts.
Patient Overview
Adult female
Blind and non-verbal
Seizure disorder
Dysphagia
Oxygen as needed
Requires assistance with all activities of daily living
One-person assist with transfers
Supportive family caregiver in the home
Responsibilities
Medication administration
Vital signs monitoring
Seizure precautions
Respiratory assessment
Oxygen therapy and suctioning as needed
Aspiration precautions
Skin integrity monitoring
Personal care assistance as needed
Accurate nursing documentation
Collaborate with the patient's family and healthcare team
Qualifications
Current California LVN license
Current BLS certification
Home health or private duty nursing experience preferred
Spanish speaking required
Female LVN preferred
Reliable, compassionate, and professional
