University Frames Custom Diploma Frames ManagerUniversity Frames provides custom diploma frames to colleges and universities across the country. We are dedicated to preserving diploma and achievement certificates from officially licensed schools for more than a quarter of a century!Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:Manage current licensing programsManaging licensed product processesTracks compliance and adherence to all contractual requirements with Licensing SpecialistsCommunicates royalty updates with reps and teamsCreate and follow through on status updates for assigned licensing projectsCreate & maintain Licensing status reports (New, Renewals, Loss and/or Current Past Due)Processing royalty reportsBillingCollection CallsCreate & maintain Billing/Collection status reportsPosting of PaymentsProcess Credit MemoPerforms other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:Must be highly proficient in Excel specifically VLookups, Pivot Tables & SpreadsheetsProficient in Microsoft Office suiteMust have a high level of attention to detailExperience and proficiency in QuickBooksAbility to maintain confidentiality and discretionExcellent communication skills including ability to work in a team environment, give honest, direct feedback and is a solid verbal and written communicator.Physical RequirementsAbility to view computer screen for long periods of timeAbility to sit for long periods of timeAbility to hear and speak to communicate in person and over the telephone.Stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions.Strength to lift and carry files weighing up to 10 pounds.Compensation & Benefits:Job Type: Full time position, hourly requiring timecard reportingBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA, HSA, Long term & Short-term Disability,401k with 4% match, 8 paid holidays and 3 weeks of PTO
