Job description
Newrez is seeking a Manager – Licensing to oversee licensing staff and ensure all loan officer, branch, and enterprise licenses are current and compliant. You will supervise the licensing team, address licensing risks, and collaborate across departments to support growth and efficiency.
The role reports to the SVP Management & Licensing and requires a strong background in mortgage licensing and regulatory practices. Eligible candidates have extensive NMLS experience and leadership skills.
