Southcoast Health System, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Social Worker-LICSW specializing in Addiction to join our multidisciplinary inpatient Addiction Medicine Consult Service.
This role includes psychosocial assessment, counseling, care coordination and discharge planning for patients with substance use disorders.
