Job description
Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation in Jonesboro, Arkansas is seeking a Corporate Human Resources leader. This senior HR advisor will implement strategies to enhance leadership capabilities and team member engagement, while working closely with operational leaders across the Baptist system.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years in HR, including 3 years in leadership. A bachelor's degree in HR or business is required, with a master's degree preferred. Strong interpersonal and legal compliance skills are essential.
