nWHAT YOU’LL DO
nAs a Personal Injury Lien Reduction Specialist, you will:
nnnIndependently negotiate medical liens with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties
n
nnSecure optimal lien reductions that maximize client recoveries
n
nnReview and analyze medical billing and lien documentation to identify discrepancies, errors, and negotiation opportunities
n
nnCollaborate with attorneys and legal staff to develop case-specific negotiation strategies
n
nnMaintain accurate and detailed records of negotiations, communications, and lien activity
n
nnHelp deliver an exceptional client experience through strong communication and efficient case support
n
n nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
nnnProven experience as a Personal Injury Lien Reduction Specialist in a legal setting
n
nnStrong understanding of medical billing, lien resolution, and negotiation strategies
n
nnWell-versed in statutory liens including Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, and related matters
n
nnExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
n
nnAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
n
nnStrong attention to detail and organizational skills
n
nnBilingual in Spanish required
