Job description
Bear Creek Senior Living in Colorado Springs seeks a Life Enrichment Assistant to support engaging, meaningful programs for assisted living and memory care residents. You’ll help plan and lead daily activities, such as games, crafts, music, and outings, while encouraging participation and social connection. This role partners closely with care teams to adapt activities to residents’ needs and abilities, document attendance, and support special events. Ideal candidates are compassionate, creative, organized, and passionate about enhancing seniors’ dignity, joy, and overall quality of life.
