Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Grafton, WI. As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating, planning, and implementing engaging recreational and therapeutic activities tailored to meet the interests and needs of participants. The role involves coordinating events, managing program schedules, assisting in training programs, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment. Additionally, the Life Enrichment Coordinator will work closely with individuals to ensure their active participation and enjoyment while maintaining a safe and supportive atmosphere.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage participants, families, and team members.
Experience and expertise in Recreation and Therapeutic Recreation activities.
Proficiency in Event Planning and organizing engaging activities.
Experience in Training and guiding individuals or teams.
Empathy, creativity, and adaptability to support diverse individual needs.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and on-site environment in Grafton, WI.
A degree or relevant certification in Recreation, Therapeutic Recreation, or a related field is a plus.
