Life & Health Insurance SpecialistState Farm Agent, located in Garner, NC, is seeking a qualified professional for the role of Life & Health Insurance Specialist. As a customer-oriented expert, you will market the best Life/Health insurance services and products to benefit clients and their families. Your sales experience equips you to continually grow your income as you provide the needed security for times of distress and vulnerability.Ideal candidate will be an energetic professional interested in helping our agency grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. If you are a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, then this is your opportunity for a rewarding career with excellent income and growth potential.Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered for this role:Must have an active NC Life and Health insurance license.Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Garner, NC. This is an in-office position.Must have recent State Farm or other insurance sales/customer service experience.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Sell Medicare, Life and Health insurance policies to new and existing clients.Conduct needs analysis to identify the best insurance products for clients.Explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to clients.Assist clients with claims and policy changes.Develop and maintain client relationships to foster long-term trust.Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings.Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.As an Agent Team Member, you will receive:Base Salary plus CommissionPaid time off (personal/sick days and vacation)Major medical insurance with dental and visionLife insuranceGreat work environmentQualifications:Life and health insurance license required.Recent insurance sales/customer service experience required (State Farm highly preferred).Sales experience with emphasis on Life and Health insurance preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to understand and explain complex insurance products.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Ability to build and maintain client relationships.Proficiency with insurance agency software.
