We partner with a nationally recognized financial services organization and provide the training, mentorship, tools, and proven systems to help you build your business from anywhere in the country.
This is a 100% remote opportunity with flexible scheduling and both full-time and part-time options available.
What You'll Be Doing You'll work directly with individuals and families who have already expressed interest in protecting their financial future.
Your role will include:
Meeting with clients virtually by Zoom or phone
Helping families understand financial protection and insurance solutions
Providing options related to mortgage protection and life insurance
Helping clients develop strategies for retirement and long-term financial security
Discussing insurance-based strategies that may help address existing debt
Following a simple, proven sales and client-service process
Participating in ongoing training, coaching, and one-on-one mentorship
Developing the skills necessary to grow into future leadership opportunities
What We’re Looking For You don't need to have years of insurance experience to succeed here. We're looking for people who are willing to learn, take coaching, and consistently put in the work.
You may be a strong fit if you are:
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
A strong communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people
Coachable and committed to personal and professional growth
Looking for a career with flexibility and room to grow
Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and video
Currently licensed in Life & Health insurance or willing to obtain the required state license
