We're Kyle and Kristin Gaines, and we run Gaines Life Insurance here in Colorado Springs. Our approach is simple: we help families find the coverage that fits them, with no pressure. Our clients keep coming back and referring people they care about, and now we're looking for a few new people to grow with us.
We're bringing on a few entry-level sales reps, from any background, who are ready to build a career they're actually proud of.

Built-in flexibility. The role is fully remote — we're headquartered in Colorado Springs with reps all over the country. You set your own schedule and work from wherever you think clearest.

We'll guide you through getting licensed and trained, every step of the way — you bring the work ethic and a real desire to help people.
