Required:Active California Life & Health Insurance LicenseProven insurance or financial services sales experienceStrong prospecting and closing abilitiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to build trust and establish relationships with clientsSelf-motivated, competitive, and goal-orientedComfortable asking questions, identifying needs, and recommending solutionsStrong follow-up and organizational skillsExperience selling Life Insurance, Financial Services, Retirement Products, Annuities, or other protection products is strongly preferred.
