Job description
TSP, a Syneos Health company, is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive new sales across its full suite of services including RPO, Sales Accelerator, Executive & Professional Search, Consulting & Assessment and tspSTORYTELLER.
The BD Director will lead from outreach to closure, targeting life sciences leadership, negotiating contracts, and aligning strategic solutions with client needs. Strong relationship building and travel within the territory are essential.
