Job description
Syneos Health, through its TSP unit, seeks a senior, client-facing leader to drive RPO partnerships and shape life sciences talent solutions. You will win complex engagements across biotech, pharma, and medical device sectors.
You will quarterback the sales process from discovery to proposal and closing, serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and HR leaders, and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure flawless execution. Travel up to 30%. Base salary ranges $120,000–$180,000, with commissions.
