Job description
The firm seeks a Patent Attorney, Patent Agent, or Technical Advisor to join its busy Life Sciences practice in Silicon Valley, Boston, or New York. Ideal candidates hold a Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Biology, or an MD with research experience; broad biotech knowledge is preferred.
Responsibilities include prior-art searches, patent prosecution, drafting, and post-grant proceedings before the USPTO. Excellent communication and collaboration are essential.
