NACBA, a top AM national IP law firm, seeks a Patent Attorney, Patent Agent, or Technical Advisor to join its busy Life Sciences practice in New York, Silicon Valley, or Boston.
The ideal candidate holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Biology, or an MD with strong research experience, and broad biotech knowledge is preferred. Responsibilities include prior-art searches, patent analysis, drafting applications, and post‑grant work before the USPTO.
