Job description
Vanguard-IP in New York is looking for a lawyer with a JD from an ABA-accredited school and a Ph.D. in biological sciences to handle high-stakes litigation in life sciences. The role demands exceptional advocacy skills, strong analytical proficiency, and a willingness to engage in complex scientific legal matters.
Experience in Hatch-Waxman or BPCIA litigation is preferred. Ideal candidates will possess skills to translate complex scientific concepts effectively. Registration to practice before the USPTO is also necessary.
