Job description
Counsel Recruit is seeking a midlevel associate to join a top AmLaw 25 firm focused on life science transactions. Candidates should have 3-5 years of law firm experience or at least 2 years as in-house counsel. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating various agreements related to life sciences in a hybrid work model.
The salary range for this position in California is $225,000 to $435,000, bonus eligible, with full benefits offered.
